Coach Darren Lehmann warns one Ashes Test win does not make a summer

Australian coach Darren Lehmann has warned that one Ashes Test win does not make a summer, and that his team, Mitchell Johnson included, will confront a much bigger challenge in Adelaide.

Adelaide Oval is the venue that most closely resembles the subcontinental conditions in which Alastair Cook's team overcame a one-nil deficit to score a historic series win in India last year.

Australia will bounce from Brisbane to Adelaide with confidence high from the 381-run trouncing of England at the Gabba, but amid the jubilation is the sobering memory of Australia's first-innings collapse.

Johnson's nine-wicket haul, and 103 lower-order runs, helped paper over those cracks, but he, too, will find the conditions tougher as he tries to carry on his momentum on the drop-in pitch in Adelaide.
